One of four special edition edits on the Doctor Who: The Collection, Season 25 Blu-ray, this new version of the classic 1988 story "The Happiness Patrol" added new scenes and new special effects designed by me.
My main job was to add production value by expanding the colony on Terra Alpha by adding city skylines and set extensions that weren't possible back in the day. Continuing our attempts to integrate practical filmmaking, the escape shuttle at the end was a miniature and is currently on display in the Peterborough museum.
